Zentangle
Zentangle is my version of a walking meditation with a pen. I started with one simple diamond shape, then kept adding lines, dots, and angles until the whole form blossomed into a star-like architecture of patterns.
There's a calm rhythm to it - your eye travels along chevrons, across checkerboards, into tiny hatching, always circling back to center. In sharp black and white, it's wonderfully versatile: sleek enough for a modern office, striking enough for a gallery wall. But its real gift is the way it invites you to pause and breathe each time you let your gaze wander through it.
